Cave of Adullam has a two phase discipleship and ministry training program. |

| Phase 1 is a 3 month program in which the students receive an intensive discipleship through teachings imparted by men of God who challenge them to live a radical lifestyle. There is a strong emphasis on character formation through practical discipline, and also on allowing the Holy Spirit to work deeply in their hearts, exhorting and enabling them to fulfill God's calling on their lives. |  |

Phase 2 is a 1 year commitment in which students have 6 months of classes where, besides teachings, the students will learn to live in ministry. During this time, they are taught a trade in order to be financially independent and be free to fulfill their calling. Then, they have 6 months of practical training in which they will apply what they have learned and serve in |
| ministry with the vision of planting churches. Both schools participate in various evangelistic crusades, outreaches, and misions trips in and out of Mexico. |
