Phase II
RAISING UP A GENERATION OF MIGHTY MEN
Those who came to the Cave of Adullam, were those who later became known as David�s Mighty Men. I Chron. 11:10 These were the chiefs of David�s Mighty Men � They together with the all Israel gave his kingship strong support to extend it over the whole land, as the LORD had promised. Phase II is a one year program with the vision and purpose to prepare workers because �The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few�.
This program focuses on two important areas. 1. Classroom training, where students receive teaching, and are taught in a practical way how to live in ministry.
2. Hands on training, where the students enter a time of experiencing what they have learned while going out into full time ministry with a vision for church planting. Phase II is for students who have graduated Phase I. It is for those who feel they have a call to ministry in dedicating their lives to extend the kingdom of God. |

Many students who graduate Phase II become a part of our Church planting team, or continue in full time ministry where God leads them.
